no offence intended, i was just a bit confused with what u were sayin and where u were headed with it, im no expert by any form of the imagination, but that is no way at all to bring up a hunting dog, hunting dogs need to be socialised as much as possible from a very early age. this to me sounds like training for one thing and one thing only FIGHTING, which in any good hunting dog is a major no no. So i hope this heps shed some light on hunting dogs, as peoples perception of them are so far from the truth is not funny, hence the reason we are all fighting an uphill battle to save our sport. I sincerely hope you find your beloved pet safe and well
