Found 2 Dogs Barrington Area

Hi I've found 2 dogs in the barrington area both dogs had no collars or chest plates but both had rub marks on both front legs indicates to me they had plates on at some stage weather some low life has taken them an left them dogs were in poor condition oviously been there for a few days if you own these dogs or know some one that's lost two dogs please give me a call on 0427498150 if you can't describe the dogs don't bother calling
