Recommended Posts

G-day to you all me name is Mick but I get called Blakey , I have had interested since as a 5 year old child on my first camping/fishing/hunting trip down the Boyne River, I tasted fresh fish cooked over smoldering charcoal or a nice suckling pigglet spit roasted over the camp fire. the taste well that started my journey into all kinds of outdoor cooking including Wood fired ovens, Camp "Dutch" ovens, Open fire cooking, Smoking, Preserving wild game meats and sausages making these for over 35 years at home and 25 year cooking commercially as a "Pub Cook & Carvery Cook" plus my Wife is German and her love eating wild boar meat as do myself. I've just bought a new Bitch she is as Bull Arab X Wolfy , Brindel in colour and I called her Sallyiup. Blakey http://www.mountaingriller.com/
