Paulo81
Fairly new to the game and training my first pup up. All heart, stock proof but a pain in the arse with other dogs. My fault as far as choice of breeds goes (APBT). Hoping to learn from the experienced lads on here. Building my first set of racks at the moment and hoping to take it from a hobby to something more regular over the next year or so. Looking forwards to getting amongst it and getting to know a few of the lads on this site. Paulo. Quote Link to comment

Paulo81
well come ,how old is ur pup now Hi Micl, Rust bucket is 14mths now and finally starting to fill out. I seen in your description you used to run pits. How did you manage them around other dogs or were they ok. I socialised rusty as a pup but as he got older he just got cockier. Do you think a training collar would be enough to distract him from he's ways? Quote Link to comment

I'll give the muzzel a go and if I have no luck with that i'll get myself a training collar. Think you might be right about the showing off part cause he doesn't run in and hit other dogs like he hits pigs. He just runs up and puffs out he's chest, tail high in the air and pushes them around... Fingers crossed he'll snap out of it soon enough. Quote Link to comment
