Sorry been away for a few weeks up north with out the interweb, thanks for the info. Im after pref a Bitch so there is less fighting between the two of them and a stag or a stag x a large sight hound as we have a wee fella and another one on the way. kid's being kid's they test the dogs patients and they are just big gentle beasts when not out coursing. hey all just new to this forum, we have just adopted a stag hound and been trying to do abit of research in to the breed and this has been the only site to have the most info on the working breed (thanks)!!!!, coming from pommy land, I have been brought up with Gun Dogs, lurchers and greyhounds and all have worked, or been worked for fun, anyway our dog Walter is great, a six year old that has been denackered and not quite as playfull as we would like if you know what i mean. Only interested in cats, small dogs and the odd bird, I was wondering if there are any breeders in perth as we would like to get him a wee mate to play with and maybe train up to be abit bit more adventurous.
