Sam here. Just got ourselves an 18 month or so old dog from Animal Welfare League (in turn from a pound) and we believe she is a cross Kangaroo Hound / Wirehaired Pointer.
Adorable creature much loved by me, my wife and our 11 year old boy. Obviously not a working dog (as such) but the DNA is obviously there. She will no doubt keep us fit!
Came across your site (via the Kangaroo Dog site) and decided to find out more about her.
I'll post a picture at some stage and include details - she's not as tall as the dogs on the Kangaroo site but has the brindle coat including longer hair along her back and a bit of a goatie beard.
