OH really thanks for that any ideas as to why i get this error when i try to view picture attachments? "[#10171] You do not have permission to view this attachment."

Hi im new to this forum and i recieved an email but when i click the link it gives this error "[#10120] We could not find the validation request you are attempting to verify." ive tried to type in the code manually with the link on the email but i recieve the same error thanks for any help in advance
