athorn
My name is Andrew. I live in Florida. I have a pitbull and a greyhound that I hog hunt with. I have a small farm where I raise cattle, sheep, swine, and poultry. I enjoy hog hunting and trapping. I like reading and looking at the pics of your hog dogs. We mostly use curs and pits around here. Quote Link to comment

tbe pigger
hey bud, great site, you should enjoy it, so do you use those two dogs to find your pigs as well, how hard's your grey, haven't heard of too many grey's used for pigging in their pure form. Quote Link to comment
athorn
My property is next to a large swamp that has always had hogs in it. Alot of the time, I will see hogs rooting out in my pasture. I used to have a JRT that would go in to the swamp and bay hogs but I lost him to coyotes last year. Now I use the grey to chase the hogs and slow them down till my pit gets there. The grey catches small hogs but mostly just slows down larger ones. Most of my friends give me a hard time about using her for hogs but I like to watch her chase them down. My pitbull has a little cur in her,so she will find but she is short range.
