deaddog Posted January 5, 2009 Report Share Posted January 5, 2009 Hey guys, im new... please be gentle. the guys at Aushunt recommended i put up a post here.. nice site i must say. im here because i have pups to move, im located in Far North Queensland, so i think some of you wont be too far away... im just getting into pigging, and am seeing quite a few, but have not had the time to chase them properly My girl dog (german shorthaired pointer x weimarna) has happy times with a ridgeback x pit bull x boxer. She is a great dog who is very capable, working a variety of game. she also taught my little boy to walk...true the dog is a well know pig dog up here, and son of "Carnie" short for Carnage... i have 7 pups (4 boys 4 girls) all black, with white blazes on the chest/or paws...very pretty (i want to keep one...maybe) and they are 8 and a bit weeks old. some are more aggressive than others, the one i want to keep changes everyday they are great dogs, with the perfect mix of loalty, and softness, with a alert, and inquistive nature. i cant belive i havent lost one to a tick, snake, or goanna...must be tough eh? they tracked their own way back from the beach about 2 kms the other day when i walked them. they all have holes in them from chewing each other...they are getting to the age where they need to start being shown some good smells. i want to sell them for $200 wormed and vaccinated... or i could swap a hunt or something for one.... the buggers have cost me about $200 a week in food. so if your keen, please email me (aussieguide69@yahoo.com.au)or PM for a phone no. i keep trying to upload pics, but its not happening for me... the bitch is avail to view, and i can get the pups to Cairns, or Cooktown easy enough. i will not be dropping any off to Wudjal...HA HA HA they will be real good dogs, about 30 kgs, shorthaired, and will be able to be called off. i would love to stay in touch, to see how they go, these are my first pups. so come on guys help me out...please?
