going up there this weekend
we have the mashes on the property and then a few crops next to it so hopefully get a few
whats hunting the marshes like???
do u rekon id need to bring anything extra then normal????
hunting the marshes can be hard, there is a heap of pigs in them but there hard to get. they can sometimes give the dogs a the slip, its bloody wet in there and hard to move, in some spots in the marshes there so high they start making a tunnel over your head and sometimes you carn't see the sky. but you see alot of pigs running past when the dogs are on, its awesome in there and always get pigs

i have had a few staffies over the years, they are very hard dogs and will not back down or bail, they straight in head first, the staff's i had picked it up very quick, when i was a kid i use to hunt on me 2 wheel moto and he would sit on my lap and when we seen a mob of pig's i would seperate the boar, run him for a bit whilst trying to hold on to him then let him off, i caught hundreds of pig's this way. he even jumped off when i was doing maybe 60/70 km/h he just tumbled a bit then keep chasing the pig untill ne caught it. as for being aggressive towards other dogs, some can want to fight any dog they see, then some can get along with any dogs just depends on how the brought up.
