  1. Welcome back, haven't missed much, just people arguing Bull Arabs, how far a dog can find and how to weigh a pig . And there was the great Cat War of 2014 LOL . plenty of twisted undies in that one HaHa. So, nothing really has changed
  2. Welcome back Bullcat. Did you close the last account down and renew with the same name, comes up saying you this is your first post. You got a lot more than that Matt
  3. Hi and welcome to ozziedoggers. Brisbane is an interesting area, there seems to be more ferals around in the city than ever before - but more of the 2 legged variety . But seriously, probably need to head a couple of hours out of Brissy. State forests in Queensland still a no go, but you can in New South Wales if you hold an R lisence. There is some great scenery to be had while out hunting if can get to places like Stanthorpe, Toowoomba region in the ranges or out in the channel country in Western Qld. North Qld is good too, but November will be the build up for the wet season so hunting is hot and humid. All sorts of dogs used over here, but mostly cross breeds to suit the region hunted. Have fun on the site there is a wealth of info to be had Cheers Matt
  4. Welcome Katie, As smailey said just need VIP membership to advertise. Other than that its pretty easy to navigate around. Cheers Matt
  5. Found it. Hope the link works http://www.ozziedoggers.org/forum/index.php?showtopic=51085 Says its sold but the photos are great Matt
  6. I think a member "newbloke" had a dually hilux well body and was selling his setup before christmas. It was impressive, but is probably sold now. He had some pics of the set up in the thread so could give you some ideas though. Try the search function or scroll through the for sale section. Welcome to OD Cheers Matt
  7. Hey SCC, take the jibes with a grain of salt, only for a couple of reasons. First is there are a few rogues who don't mind pulling ya leg, so when a post goes up about a single girl wanting to go out, its met with a bit of sceptisism. Second, a few have been burnt taking new people out, and therefore tend to be very wary. Also, other people come on and troll the site, and are sometimes not hunting friendly (i know you said you were)and are just looking for a way to put a dent in the sport so to speak. Hope you have a cracking time over easter, and who knows, you may even make some life long friendships. Cheers Matt
  8. Hey mate, welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear you had to leave all your mutts behind. Good luck with the quest to get going again. Play around on the forum, tell us a bit about yourself and experiences, post a few replys and you might get lucky. There's a few on here from that area of town. Cheers Matt
  9. Hi Taz, should have no trouble getting stuck into up there.
  10. Hi guys, just new to the site. Never really had much of a chance to do any hunting, but do spend some time camping out round Kilcoy, Jimna and Stanthorpe areas. Came across site cos I'm looking for a new pup. Dad had Bully/stag when we were young, and I had a bully/cattle/bitza when growing up. Hoping to find something similar. Just learning the site so might take a while. Cheers Matt.
